Description

Our Account Representative: We hire the best employees to serve our customers. As an Account Representative in our Client Relations Department, you will be a part of a special team that plays a critical role in our success by providing outstanding client support and services. In this role, you will work with customers, agents, and dealerships. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a partner that delivers an outstanding client experience.

 

Job Duties

  • Respond to client inquiries timely and accurately via phone and email within established service levels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host client training via video conference or other means, as needed.
  • Ensure accurate set up of Clients in the internal system; ensure accuracy of new dealer signups, product additions, commission changes, and client database accuracy.
  • Communicate account and sales data to management.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery of solutions according to the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of changes to procedures, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in managing the Client Relations phone queue and remediate issues that arise or direct the customer to the appropriate party.
  • Be the POC for Clients when their Account Manager is unavailable.
  • This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with Smart AutoCare’s key clients, the client support team, product marketing and compliance, sales leadership, claims, and business development members.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma required; associates degree in business administration or similar degree is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Pleasant phone voice and demeanor
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of personalities and experience levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • They must be team-oriented and have a ‘can-do attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Hours: 9 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday
