Our Financial Analyst: We hire the best employees to serve our customers. As a Financial Analyst in our Accounting Department, you will work closely with our CFO and Accounting Manager in a position that plays a critical role to grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends. This position will develop and track budgets. The ideal candidate will have Oracle BI advanced knowledge and extensive SOX compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget financial information including, but not limited to, income statements, balance sheet, and cash flows
• Creates and analyzes monthly quarterly, and annual reports; compare results to forecasts
• Develop and tracking of budgets
• Provide actionable analysis to improve financial status; by monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management
• Conduct business studies on past data and complete comparative performance analysis and develop forecast models
• Complete a comprehensive trend analysis and develop projected loss experience, lag studies, and statistical reporting
• Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations
• Provide support for CFO generated projects

• Minimum 5 years of Financial Analysis experience
• Position requires strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2-3 Advanced Oracle BI or Hyperon knowledge
• Experience with SOX compliance  
• Candidate must be a self-starter, proactive, and work well independently
• Strong excel skills and experience with developing queries working with databases
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field is required.
