Our Financial Analyst: We hire the best employees to serve our customers. As a Financial Analyst in our Accounting Department, you will work closely with our CFO and Accounting Manager in a position that plays a critical role to grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.

Role and Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget financial information including, but not limited to, income statements, balance sheet, and cash flows
• Creates and analyzes monthly quarterly, and annual reports; compare results to forecasts
• Provide actionable analysis to improve financial status; by monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management
• Conduct business studies on past data and complete comparative performance analysis and develop forecast models
• Complete a comprehensive trend analysis and develop projected loss experience, lag studies, and statistical reporting
• Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations
• Provide support for CFO generated projects

Job Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience required
• Position requires strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2-3 Advanced Oracle BI knowledge
• Candidate must be a self-starter, proactive, and work well independently
• Strong excel skills and experience with developing queries working with databases
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or other related field is required.
