Description
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer experience to internal and external customers.
- Interface with several internal departments regarding fee schedules.
- Review incoming dealer installation requests and related information for accuracy and quality.
- Provide contract rate configuration.
- Assist the Client Relations and Vendors with configuration concerns.
- Compile rate information on dealership partners.
- Use data and cost analyses to compare rates.
- Auditing the agent and dealer rating configuration.
- Evaluate information is complaint with company and industry standards.
- Design and prepare reports summarizing research and analysis.
- Ongoing Fee schedule audits
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associates degree in business administration or accounting is preferred.
- 2 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze, interpret and prepare reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company’s business to proactively respond to changing business environment.
- Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package, excel and/or access certification a plus.
