Our Rating Manager: We hire the best employees to serve our customers. As the Rating Manager in our Rates Administration department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all client rates are accurate and maintained. You will manage a team of 2-3 individuals. We are looking for someone with an analytics background, with extensive excel and database experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the creation of rate tables in ProfitTrack
• Ensure the accuracy of dealer set-ups
• Provide rate reports and interpret rating information to managerial staff
• Identify and address rating discrepancies
• Perform data analysis and ad hoc reporting
• Review and update rating documents
• Manage the flow of rating documentation and accurately update ProfitTrack
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreements
• Manage and train a team of up to 3 employees

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• 2-3 years’ experience working in accounting or related field
• Advance knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas, VLookup, HLookup, modeling)
• Experience with SQL and Analytic software
• Excellent project management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
