Job Duties

• Analyze all in-force contracts and potential contracts for compliance alignment
• Implement internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met
• Research and analyze regulatory bulletins and state legislation to ensure products are in compliance with state and federal regulation
• Effectively communicate form or procedural adjustments needed to comply with new or revised regulatory requirements
• File, track, and implement all forms and marketing materials within company systems and update as needed
• Perform periodic audits on all product suites
• Maintain up to date catalogs of policies, procedures, and maps to assist with compliance adherence company wide
• Other projects as assigned by Compliance Manager

Job Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of the automotive industry’s compliance process and regulations a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SERFF and Sircon/NAIC licensing a plus
• Willingness to learn compliance and regulatory issues
• Team oriented
